Who We Are

Healing the Whole Person—Mind, Body, and Spirit

At Integrate You (IU), we believe true healing goes beyond symptom management. We help individuals, churches, and therapists bridge the gap between faith and mental health—so healing can happen at the deepest level.

Our Mission

Our mission is to help individuals, churches, and therapists experience deep emotional, spiritual, and relational healing. Through therapy, coaching, and training, we create pathways for lasting transformation.

Our Vision

A world where mental, emotional, and spiritual health are fully connected—where individuals and communities experience healing, wholeness, and resilience. We envision a future where faith-based mental health care is accessible, trusted, and integrated into daily life.

Our Core Values

Faith-Rooted Healing – We honor the power of spiritual transformation alongside clinical therapy.
Compassion & Safety – Healing happens in a space of peace, trust, and grace.
Whole-Person Approach – We care for the mind, body, and spirit as an integrated whole.
Empowerment – We equip individuals, therapists, and faith-based communities with tools for healing.

Meet The Co-Founders

Lisa Roseman
Co-Founder

Lisa M. Roseman is passionate about helping people achieve spiritual, emotional, and relational wholeness. She holds degrees in both biblical counseling from Liberty University, and a master’s in theology from Vanguard University. For the last 15 years she has helped thousands of people step into freedom in Christ. She also is trained in natural medicine and homeopathic modalities, to address the physical components to good health. Lisa is a pastor in Southern California, who leads an inner healing ministry at a local church, and has been involved in regional training, conducting small groups, presenting her inner healing curriculum to large groups, public speaking, and coaching/mentoring those who wish to be equipped for ministry. Currently, she is set to pursue her Doctor of Ministry with a focus on trauma healing.

Most recently, Lisa has been involved in helping to lead trauma groups with Emma Rose Klinger, a pre-licensed clinical practitioner in training. The trauma groups are offered at Vanguard University in Southern California and focus on the effectiveness of psychotherapeutic and spiritually directive practices to provide a solid pathway to wholeness and well-being.

Lisa is also a published author and a gifted writer. Her journey includes becoming a caregiver for her mother, who was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer in 2017. Caring for a loved one for 22 months, led to a miracle in her mom’s passing, which would change Lisa’s understanding about the goodness and faithfulness of God. Navigating through pain, loss, and grief with God, has made her a compassionate, empathetic person who will come alongside anyone who needs help. Her authentic “real life” approach to helping others heal is evident in the many testimonials of those she has had the opportunity to minister to.

In her free time, Lisa loves long walks along the coastline, spending time with her two grandkids, raising two beagles, finding the best restaurants in Southern California, and spending time with precious friends.

Emma Rose Klinger
Co-Founder

Emma Rose R. Klinger is deeply committed to guiding individuals and families toward holistic healing—mind, heart, spirit, and relationships. As a devoted wife, a scholar-practitioner-researcher in clinical psychology, and a passionate follower of Jesus, she believes in the transformative power of compassionate, spiritually-integrated care. Currently completing her Master of Divinity and PhD in Clinical Psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary, Emma Rose brings a unique blend of experiences to her work.

Before diving deeper into clinical psychology, Emma Rose honed her skills in organizational psychology, learning and development, and change management at Fortune 500 companies like Accenture. She also refined her skills in employee engagement and culture cultivation at 24 Hour Home Care. This diverse background allows her to understand and support individuals, groups, and organizations on a profound level, bridging professional expertise with heartfelt compassion.

Being no stranger to life's challenges and tragedies, Emma Rose approaches her work with a trauma-informed perspective. She's currently engaged in a multi-year dissertation study with Ps. Lisa Roseman, leading trauma-focused and attachment healing therapy groups in faith-based settings, specifically tailored to support Christian university/college students. This builds on her previous experience as a therapist trainee at university counseling centers and her master’s thesis, which explored spiritually integrative therapies for PTSD. Emma Rose firmly believes that true, holistic healing begins when we bravely face our traumas alongside Jesus.

Her expertise includes integrating spiritual practices with approaches like client-centered therapy, attachment-based therapy, narrative therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy. Beyond her supervised clinical work, Emma Rose contributes to spiritually directive care groups, coaching, and consulting. She is also passionate about sharing her knowledge through speaking and teaching, having presented on topics like complex trauma, spiritually conscious care, employee engagement, and positive organizational psychology at institutions like Vanguard University, Fuller, USC, and Chapman University.

Emma Rose’s heart is to walk alongside others, offering hope and evidence-based therapy tools for lasting change. She strives to create a safe space where individuals can experience the profound healing and wholeness that comes from encountering God’s love at deeper depths.

You don’t have to choose between faith and mental health—you can have both.

Healing is not just about overcoming pain—it’s about becoming whole in every area of life. At IU, we walk alongside you in that journey.
